Play DVDs across multiple monitors

I'm not sure this really qualifies as a Mac OS X hint, because it's more for entertainment. Here it is anyway.

If you have dual monitors, you can tile a widescreen DVD movie to both monitors. This works best with monitors of the same size having the thinnest borders around the edges of the screen, to make the tile more seamless. Just turn on Zooming under the Seeing tab of the Universal Access preference panel. Then, start your DVD movie in DVD Player and use the key commands (Option Apple +) to zoom in. The zoom will tile to both screens and you can zoom in and out and position the mouse to center a wide-screen movie in full screen.

My dual 19" monitors make the movie the size of a pretty large HD widescreen TV. I don't notice any loss in framerate on my dual 1gHz.
