Share Project Builder files across projects Apps
I have been working on a school programming assignment involving multiple applications using Project Builder and I discovered a neat way to keep track of information between different application projects (the applications share a lot of code and ideas). Specifically, I wanted to add a design notes document to my work and have all of my application projects be able to access it. For example, I may wish to type up a few notes while working on one project and have those notes immediately available when I switch to the other one. It's so easy that it might not qualify as a hint, but here goes:

In an open project window, control-click in the Groups and Files window (under the Files tab) and select New File. When prompted, select the file type Empty File and give it a name; I used DesignNotes.txt.

For all of your other projects, open them, control-click in Groups and Files and select Add Files. Navigate to the file you just created and select it. When prompted, choose to not copy the file into your project directory -- you want one shared copy of this file! Now simply update this file as desired in any open project and all other projects will see the changes immediately.

Simple, but pretty cool.
