Simplify multi-CD ripping in iTunes on dialup connections Apps
Until recently I only had dialup access at home, so it was really tedious having to connect up each time I wanted to rip a CD into iTunes.

I quickly figured out that you can connect to your ISP, insert each CD, let iTunes contact CDDB and get the album info, then eject the CD without ripping it. Do this for all the CD's you wish to rip. Then disconnect. Now reinsert each CD and rip - et voila ! iTunes remembers each CD.

This really helped me when I had 50+ CD's to add.

Alternatively, you could rip all the tracks (giving a short album name like "A," "B," and "C" to each cd to keep the tracks separate) and then select them all in the iTunes library and choose "Get CDDB Track Names."

Just rip the tracks first, with the names track one track two.. etc.. Highlight them afterwards and go to get track names. Don't even think you need to seperate it into albums.
