Use dividers to help group Safari bookmarks Web Browsers
I like to keep Safari's bookmark bar organized so I can get places quicker. So I use dividers to separate my folders, JavaScript search buttons, and single page bookmarks.

Click on the bookmark icon to show all bookmarks, and duplicate a bookmark you use a lot (in my case, a search Froogle javascript). Rename it "||" or something else divisive, and drag it in-between your different types of bookmark buttons. Voila! Topically separated bookmarks.

Also, I like to indicate search JavaScripts with a "»" suffix just to remind myself what they'll do.

If instead of using a renamed copy of a website to dived things in the bookmarks bar you use a renamed folder, then the command-number short cuts will still work because folders are skipped over for that short cut
