This is a general hint on transferring email addresses from one email application to another. It should work with almost every email program. In the first email app:
- Create a new message.
- From the program's address book, add all addresses to the TO field (do NOT click Send!).
- Select all the text in the TO field and copy it.
- Discard message.
In the second email app:- Create a new message.
- Paste the email addresses in the TO field (do NOT click Send yet!).
- Make sure the computer is offline.
- Click Send (or Queue).
- Most email apps will now add all addresses to a temporary history list. Just add them to the address book permanently.
- Discard message from queue.
That's all! Remember to discard the email before going on-line again. You probably don't want to bother every one in your list with a nonsense email.
