This is a general hint on transferring email addresses from one email application to another. It should work with almost every email program. In the first email app:

  1. Create a new message.
  2. From the program's address book, add all addresses to the TO field (do NOT click Send!).
  3. Select all the text in the TO field and copy it.
  4. Discard message.
In the second email app:
  1. Create a new message.
  2. Paste the email addresses in the TO field (do NOT click Send yet!).
  3. Make sure the computer is offline.
  4. Click Send (or Queue).
  5. Most email apps will now add all addresses to a temporary history list. Just add them to the address book permanently.
  6. Discard message from queue.
That's all! Remember to discard the email before going on-line again. You probably don't want to bother every one in your list with a nonsense email.
