Use custom paper sizes to print labels from Acrobat

I had quite a bit of trouble recently trying to get labels to print from Acrobat. I just couldn't get them to line up. Every time I printed, the top and bottom margins would be screwed up. Trying Preview didn't help because it would only print at about 80% size, which also wouldn't print the labels correctly.

I defined a custom paper size in Page Setup. I set both the top and bottom margins to .54 inches. (Apparently, the Epson US Letter size has a .25 top margin and a .54 bottom margin.) Then, I selected "Format for any printer". Then I selected my custom paper size. This is the only way to use custom paper sizes. The next time I printed, the labels lined up correctly.
