When I receive complete info for someone in a Mail message, and I want to have that info in my address book, I do the following:

  1. Add the person using the Add sender to Address Book button.
  2. Launch Address Book and select the newly selected card
  3. Click Edit button
  4. Copy and paste all the info into the Note field of the card
  5. Drag and drop the information into the appropriate field
  6. Click Edit button to save.
This is a very easy way to populate an Address Book entry!
