Add Canadian holidays to iCal Apps
Maybe this isn't a hint exactly, but I spent some time this morning putting together an iCal calendar for Canadian holidays. If you'd like to subscribe, go to this link. Please let me know if I've made any mistakes, at chad (dot) hogan (at) mac (dot) com.

Predictable holidays are scheduled forever, and the oddballs are included through 2004. I included both national and provincial holidays.

iceCal
Authored by: daeley on Sep 12, '02 09:35:38PM
I whipped up something today that I think the Canadians in the audience will like. :) I'm calling it iceCal, and it is basically downloadable .ics files for iCal, featuring individual season files for all 30 NHL teams. Check it out here: http://www.celsius1414.com/icecal/ I'll be submitting it as a story here as well, but figured this topic couldn't help but be associated. :) Also, this is a first release, so please use the contact info on that site for any feedback.

If you've got the current 4.0 version of Palm Desktop, it includes half a dozen or so default vCal files with US & Canadian holidays as well as holidays for the Christian, Jewish, and Islamic religions. As vCal files, these should be easily importable into iCal...
