Drag iPhoto images to docked applications Desktop
I just noticed today that you can drag your iPhoto thumbnails directly to applications in the Dock. I've been exporting my images and then opening them in Photoshop, but now I can just drag them right to the Photoshop icon in the Dock.

[Editor's note: I'd been dragging the thumbnails to my desktop to export, but I'd never thought to try dragging them directly to the application icon in the dock. Neat trick!]

Double Click Preference

Why not just set the preferences so that if you double click the thumbnail it then opens in Photoshop? I guess I should assume that you have another program selected but thought I would mention this just the same.

There's a reason I have used the dock icons this way for a while - I like to open files in different programs - I have an "open in gimp" script and GraphicConverter in the dock, and my iPhoto preference is PixelEnhance.
