In the latest version of AIM for X, you can use the left and right side buttons on Microsoft Explorer Optical mice to toggle between windows.

....or if you have your left and right buttons mapped to Cmd-LeftArrow and Cmd-RightArrow, respectively.

This seems to be a little buggy. If you cycle more times than there are windows, you figuratively fall off the cycle roll -- all the AIM windows lose focus. You cannot cycle when no windows are focused.
