If you are using your Mac as a router (using natd) and only one of your internal machines is a Windows machine that needs to be on a Windows Virtual Private Network (VPN) using pptp, then a REALLY easy solution is to add the following line to your natd startup:
/usr/sbin/natd [other_options] -pptpalias 1.2.3.4Replace 1.2.3.4 with the internal IP address of the machine that needs the pptp passthrough. Of course this only works if one Windows machine needs pptp (port 1723).
