Disk Copy can manage Toast PC ISO images

I was told it was not possible to make a Disk Copy ".dmg" file from a Toast PC ISO image by using "New Image from device" on a mounted Toast image. So I decided to try it.

I saved it the image as "DVD-CD Master" and got a file named "filename".cdr.dmg. I launched this file (without mounting) in Virtual PC (in window, not full screen, mode), and it mounts as a CD in VPC. This is the same as the ".img" files did in OS 9.

I also can burn this cdr.dmg file if I select it from Toast, navigating from the "Select" button in "Disc Image" burn mode. Has anyone experimented with other Toast and Disk Copy compatibilities?

[Editor's note: I don't use Toast, so I can't comment, but I thought others may find this interesting.]
