begging for more mouse buttons
Authored by: semios on Oct 17, '01 10:15:28PM

Doesn't this just seem to beg that we had more mouse buttons? I know I'm liable to get flamed, but for christ sake, triple click? I have a Titanium that I absolutely love, save it's one defect owing to the fact apple still won't break away from it's antiquated singular mouse button. In my opinion context clicking is to the GUI what OO is to programming.

begging for more mouse buttons
Authored by: Retro on Oct 18, '01 01:01:14AM

There are plenty of multi-button mice available for Macs. I am using one right now. They are cheap too. I have used the Microsoft Intellimouse Explorer, a four button programmable optical mouse with wheel. I've also used the Kensington pro-mouse, four button programmable ball mouse. Right now I am using a 2-button logitech optical mouse with wheel.

by the way I don't know a multi button mouse wich is configurable under OS9
However OSX really recognizes the right button and wheel.
