Image Capture and supported devices Apps
While searching through Apple's Knowledge Base for something totally unrelated, I came across article 106523, titled Cameras and Devices Compatible With Image Capture. This was published just yesterday, and contains a list of cameras and card readers which work with Image Capture. So if you're thinking of buying a new camera, take a look at the list and see if anything you are considering is on the supported list of devices.

Works fine for Olympus C3000 Z

Just as advertised, except that my C3000 Z is recognized as a C3030 Z (not a surprise, because the only difference between them is the RAM size)

The very good news is that download and preview time is much faster than with the software supplied with the camera (which works only under classic Mac OS - not classic under OS X) and you can even take pictures remotely !

Anyone tried Microtech's Zio CF reader?
Authored by: sjonke on Oct 11, '01 06:12:47PM
I really would like to get Microtech's Zio CF card reader. It's nifty because it can plug directly into a USB port, sans cable, which makes it much more portable. A detachable cable is also provided for desktop use. Anyone tried the Zio (any model) with 10.1?
