View internet cache file Internet
Is there a way to view the IE5 disk cache (or OmniWeb cache)? Most downloaded images and multimedia files are temporary stored in this cache while browsing the web, so I was wondering as to how I can view and extract files from this cache. Any help would greatly be appretiated.

Pick files from IE Cache

You can probably use "WebXtractor". Here is the address:

It's a Classic application (works in 7.6 or later) and should solve your problem, unless they changed the cache format between IE 5 and IE 5.1.

OmniWeb Cache

OmniWeb only caches files for about 60 seconds, and appears to keep the data in RAM. You'd have to work pretty hard to find a way to view it.

Use iCab Web Archive Converter

The Web Archive Converter for iCab should do it; IE's cache and Web Archive files are both in a similar format.
