Opera browser Technology Preview released Web Browsers
I noticed today that Opera has released the technology preview of their Opera browser for OS X. I haven't had a chance to try this one yet, but the Classic version is incredibly fast at page rendering! Check it out and send them your feedback if you want to see another good browser developed for OS X.

Fast under 9 but not under X. I had load in about 5 seconds on a dial-up connection under Omniweb but it took over a minute in Opera. What happened to the speed of the OS 9 version?

Rendering Speed

The pages seem to render just as fast for me in the Carbon version as they do in the Classic version. The only performance hit that I can see is the actual keyboard input. It's incredibly slow on my B&W G3/400 with 256 MB of RAM.

Its slow but not THAT bad. So far i love it , although it does crash on certain webpages for
some unknown reason. Ex.

I think once they get the bugs worked out itll be my default browser.
