Browse menus with option key to see more choices Apps
Holding down the option key while perusing the Finder menus reveals some neat options for manipulating windows. OmniWeb also reveals several options which are not otherwise available directly from the menus.

I guess these are some of the little things that Jobs said wouldn't be found for a while, but show the detail put into the interface. I tend to agree.

In the Finder, look at the File and Windows menus. To see what changes, bring up the menu and press and release, press and release, etc, the option key while the menu is displayed. This will make the items that change flip flop back and forth and thus makes them easy to spot. Also take note of the keyboard shortcuts that appear - the option key can be used with the keyboard shortcut to get the same command.

In OmniWeb do the same thing. The most interesting option in OmniWeb is "Save As RTFD...". However, I would hardly call the use of the option key in this case a good UI. This option should be in a very visible pop-up menu in the Save As dialog. That would be far more intuitive and let everyone in on this nice feature.
