Dear Handspring User,
Thank you for your e-mail.
At this time there is only a Beta Version that is available for the Mac OS X. Once the software becomes available it will be posted on the web site.
Thank you,

A few days ago I posted in "Help Me" if anyone knew how to use Palm desktop Software to HotSync with a Handspring Visor Deluxe. Though there was a comment "not possible" I finally got a reply from Handspring Online-support which is quite interesting:

Handspring Visor and OS X Happy Together
I just purchased a Handspring Visor (Prism) and have successfully hotsynced with the Palm software running in Classic Mode through a USB connection. I read somewhere that the Palm Desktop has to be running and in front when you start the sync (I haven't tried it otherwise). Things that didn't work are the AvantGo conduit and a travel USB hotsync cable (as opposed to the cradle--though that cable also didn't work on another computer running OS 9, but did work on a third OS 9 computer).

I also have a new Prism that sync's just fine. |
